Stomatitis and Bone Marrow Suppression Followed by Leukoerythroblastosis in a Patient on Long-Term Low Dose Methotrexate Therapy

      Leukoerythroblastosis, or the presence of nucleated red blood cells and immature myeloid cells (promyelocytes and myeloblasts) in the circulating blood, mostly occur in bone marrow disorders such as metastatic cancers, granulomas, certain hematological malignancies and myelofibrosis.

      We report here a case of leukoerythroblastosis during his recovery from bone marrow suppression by methotrexate.
