We attended a 59-year-old man who presented to the outpatient clinic with yellow pigmentation
in the axilla and periorbital skin, tongue, and conjunctiva, which had initiated 1-2
years before. He also reported enlargement of the tongue within the previous month.
The patient had no relevant past medical history.
