Popliteal Vein Aneurysm Masquerading as a Baker's Cyst Leading to Pulmonary Embolism

      A 17-year-old female patient had developed a spongy, painless swelling in the right popliteal fossa in 2016. She had never sustained trauma to the right knee. Physical examination had revealed a soft, non-tender lump at the back of the right knee. There was no erythema or warmth and no clinical knee joint effusion. She also had free range of knee joint movement, with no calf swelling.
