      Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed malignancy in women worldwide and the first cancer associated with cutaneous metastasis.

      The clinical presentation of these metastases is very broad. The sclerodermatous form known as “carcinoma en cuirasse” is a very rare type with an incidence of approximately 6%.
