Corrected transposition of the great vessels associated with bicuspid semilunar valves

      Abstract

      The clinical course and autopsy findings are described in a patient with corrected transposition of the great vessels associated with bicuspid pulmonary and aortic valves and severe aortic insufficiency. The physiologic abnormalities resulting from these anomalies and the surgical and embryologic implications of this constellation are discussed.
