The hepatic cirrhosis of cystic fibrosis of the pancreas

      Abstract

      A boy, aged seven years and eleven months, with cystic fibrosis of the pancreas and diffuse multilobular cirrhosis with concretions is described. It is emphasized that the cirrhosis associated with cystic fibrosis is pathognomonic for this disease, that it is usually clinically silent, at least until portal hypertension develops, and that it is uncommon.
