      Abstract

      • 1.
        1. A patient with acute gouty arthritis, in whom multiple toxic effects resulted from demecolcine treatment, is described.
      • 2.
        2. Toxic manifestations of demecolcine therapy are reviewed, with specific reference to the hematopoietic system.
